Call Northside 777

Least Favorite Film: One in a Million and Cinderella Jones. One Hour with You had a lot of singsong rhyming dialogue.
Favorite Movie: Lost Angel was really cute. I also enjoyed The Stratton Story, though it was a little more personal for me as my dad lost his leg in a motorcycle accident in his early 20s (before any of us kids were born). Riding Shotgun was good (though I feel like it needed to be longer to explain better why the entire town was so quick to condemn someone they knew).

Yay, Call Northside 777! ^_^ What did you think?
ReplyDeleteI've been reading All Creatures Great and Small for years so I'm looking forward to when I will finally sit down and watch the series. Anything with “Cinderella” in the title is my kryptonite so I can unfortunately see myself watching it even knowing that it isn’t the best. xD
It was really good!! I always enjoy a "procedural."
DeleteWe just finished season 2. We're big fans of the dog Tricki, as she reminds us of our adorable pug/peke mix dog that died a couple years ago.
I've always had trouble liking Joan Leslie so seeing her play someone not to bright made me cringe a little. I always enjoy S.Z. Sakall and Edward Everett Horton though! And it was fun to see Alan Alda's dad :)
